At All Day, High Decibels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original box, attach the prepaid label to the exterior, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
